Cross Section Wind Measuring Device
The matrix cross-section wind measuring device is a new structure flow meter designed and manufactured based on the pitot tube principle and the velocity area method. It measures the area of the cross-section wind measuring device of a closed pipe (circular, rectangular or other special-shaped cross-section pipe) and the axial average flow velocity of the fluid passing through the area. According to the different cross-sectional shapes and sizes of the measured pipe, the Multiple velocity averaging tubes with unique structures are installed inside. The average differential pressure is obtained through pressure equalization to obtain the flow rate. Its measurement principle is: a flow meter developed based on the principle of velocity area method. The velocity area method divides the cross section where the flow velocity is measured into many small units. Assuming the flow velocity Vi of each unit area, the total flow rate is equal to the sum of the flow rates flowing through all small unit areas. The more the unit area is divided, the more accurate the measured flow rate will be. The matrix cross-section wind measuring device is developed based on this principle.
Matrix cross-section wind measuring devices can be divided into rectangular structure forms and circular structure forms according to their pipe forms. They are also divided into types with rectifier grids and types without rectifier grids (as shown in the figure below). Rectangular structural form: The long and short sides of the rectangular pipe are divided into equal lengths, and the cross section of the rectangular pipe is evenly divided into several small units with equal areas. Measure the flow velocity at the center point of each small unit, and then divide the small units into The average flow velocity is the average flow velocity of the entire large cross-sectional area. Circular structural form: The circular pipe section is divided into several concentric rings of equal area (the center is the circle), the flow velocity of each ring is measured, and then the flow velocity of all rings (including the central circle) is averaged , that is, the average flow velocity of the circular cross-section is obtained.
